Job summary

Health Connect America is hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide high-quality services to children, families, and adults. The Therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, documents progress, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote healing in home, community, or office settings.

The role offers full-time hours, trauma-informed practice, and opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
• Candidates must be eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients including assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and participate in regular meetings.
