Job summary

Next STEPS Worldwide, a premier outpatient clinic in Lewisville, TX, seeks a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our team. This in-office role offers collaboration with psychologists, therapists, and dietitians in a supportive, client-centered setting.

The candidate must hold active Texas licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW, with a Master’s degree in a related field and experience in crisis intervention and therapy.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in crisis intervention and individual/group therapy.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards in care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
