Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Confidentiality, state regulations, and clinical protocols understood.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
