Job summary

South Bay Community Services is seeking a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in school-based outpatient and community settings.

The role includes individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and coordination with SBCS programs to support client well-being and long-term success. Strong Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Must be registered with the California BBS as LMFT/LMSW/LPCC/LCSW/AMFT/APCC/ACSW.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in child, youth and family services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person therapeutic, case management, and crisis intervention services to clients and families in office, schools, and community.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Meet productivity and billable hour expectations.
• Maintain an active caseload of 20-25 clients.
• Coordinate care with partners and community resources.
