Job summary

ChildNet Youth and Family Services seeks a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for the Behavioral Health Services Program in Riverside, CA. The role coordinates TBS and mental health services for at‑risk children and families.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and active CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), with crisis management ability and a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• Licensed in CA as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Therapeutic Behavioral Supplemental Medical Necessity and Level of Care Assessments, and determine proper clinical care for TBS clients.
• Coordinate 30-day/quarterly reviews of all TBS cases and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct and participate in ICC meetings for clients.
• Conduct individual and family therapy as assigned.
• Document all client contacts in the electronic record.
• Review TBS progress notes and coordinate services with schools.
• Collaborate with caregivers, parents, CSWs, and other agencies for interdisciplinary treatment.
• Ensure family participation in service planning and implementation when appropriate.
• Coordinate services with county agencies, families, and schools.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings; provide staff training as needed.
