Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings and attentive interactions.
• Process and document teller transactions per procedure.
• Identify and address member questions, concerns and cross-sell products.
• Assist with lobby management to maintain timely member service.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance according to guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as required by Management.
