Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Sales and Service experience required.
• Previous experience with cash handling preferred.
• Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.
• Demonstrates accuracy and professionalism in transactions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the branch and manage lobby traffic with courteous, professional support.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing accurately.
• Identify member financial needs through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM use to improve transactions and self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching, feedback, and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
