Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, manage lobby traffic, and schedule appointments.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account servicing with precision and compliance.
• Identify member needs through consultative conversations and submit referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to support self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
