You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and card services, with attention to detail and integrity. Some travel to other branches may be required, and bilingual Spanish-English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; finance/business education a plus.
• Experience in customer support, problem solving and providing quality service preferred.
• High integrity and commitment to exceptional member service.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, actively listen and develop strong member relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional bilingual skills in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to members' needs to identify and educate on solutions that may include deposits, loans and credit cards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding account operations, services, discrepancies, balancing and reconciliation, and feature adjustments.
• Follow cash handling and daily work documentation procedures, including balancing cash drawer daily.
