• Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and verifying details.
• Assist with account updates and provide information on balances, fees, and history within guidelines.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML, and identity verification procedures and maintain confidentiality.
