Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal) is seeking a part-time Bilingual Spanish Teller to provide exceptional Member experiences. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions while promoting CU SoCal products and services in both English and Spanish.

The role requires a friendly, accurate, and timely approach in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to serve Spanish-speaking Members.

Aufgaben

• Process Member transactions accurately (deposits, transfers, withdrawals) in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cash balance and balance cash drawer; research and resolve cash differences.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell CU SoCal products and services based on Member needs and referrals.
• Respond to Member inquiries and educate members on alternative service channels; adhere to branch procedures and service standards.
• Assist with opening/closing branch procedures; available for Saturday shifts.
