Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent member experience; show care, deliver service with energy, and own problem resolution.
• Process transactions including cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and partnerships.
• Identify and refer products/services in the member's best interest with referral goals.
• Complete account maintenance requests.
• Educate members on self-service options (online/mobile banking, ATMs).
• Serve as Lobby Director, greeting members and guiding their service experience.
• Adhere to security guidelines (BSA, CIP, CTR, SAR).
