Qualifications

Knowledge of credit union products and services a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

Promoting and upholding Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
Assisting members with problem resolution.
Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other representatives as appropriate.
