Responsibilities

• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assist members with problem resolution including fraud-related issues and account concerns.
• Open new accounts with knowledge of ownership, signers, and required documentation.
• Identify member needs, educate on financial services, and cross-sell products as appropriate.
