Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
• Ability to speak and translate English and Spanish is required.
• Previous financial industry experience is preferred.
• Financial Counselor Certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Build lasting relationships through conversations and anticipating members' needs.
• Interview loan applicants and provide underwriting information to support decisions.
• Assist members with deposits, loans, and digital services; provide problem resolution.
• Educate members on loan products, insurance options, and solutions.
