Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller services to members with accuracy and balance cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services as appropriate.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in ATM balancing if needed.
• May train on opening/closing duties with on-site supervision.
• May train to verify checks and perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to help in other branch roles.
• Attend trainings at headquarters or off-site locations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
