Job summary

Arvest Bank in Rogers, AR, is seeking a Teller to process transactions and identify customer needs. You will refer customers to product specialists and cross-train to gain broader knowledge of banking services.

Must be bilingual in English/Spanish and be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am–7:00 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:30 am–1:30 pm at 701 W New Hope Rd, Rogers, AR. On-site employment with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Sales, cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by handling teller transactions and referrals.
• Support branch sales goals through discovery conversations.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare settlements.
• Maintain compliance with policies and BSA/AML program.
• Cross-train to expand knowledge of bank products.
