Arvest Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Teller to handle transactions, assist customers, and cross-sell bank products. This role requires flexibility to float to Yukon, Edmond and northern OKC branches and to work varied hours, including Saturdays.

The teller will process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and refer customer needs to specialists while delivering friendly, compliant service in a bilingual-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, bank, or other financial service provider experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers to determine product needs and refer to specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Process teller transactions accurately and adhere to policies including CIP.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily settlements.
• Understand and follow bank policies, laws, and BSA/AML program.
