Job summary

Arvest Bank in Rogers, AR is seeking a Teller to process transactions, identify customer needs, and refer them to product specialists. You will deliver accurate service, balance cash, and support daily branch operations while upholding bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to arrive on time, work on site, and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process teller transactions accurately.
• Engage customers to determine product needs and refer to specialists.
• Balance cash drawer daily and prepare cash settlements.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers as applicable.
• Support branch goals and maintain branch operations with professionalism.
• Adhere to bank policies, including customer verification and BSA/AML compliance.
