Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver precise, courteous service. You will handle member transactions, promote digital tools, and engage in consultative conversations to identify financial needs.

We value accuracy, compliance, and a welcoming branch environment. 1+ year of sales/service experience and high school diploma are required; Notary certification within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of Sales and Service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in transactions required.
• Notary/state certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming guests and managing lobby flow.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and basic account servicing with accuracy.
• Identify member needs through consultative conversations and offer referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to improve self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
