Job summary

AAA USA is actively hiring a Bilingual Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives for aerospace, automotive, engineering, marine, and advanced manufacturing clients nationwide. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, sourcing and engaging skilled technical talent, and managing multiple requisitions with tight timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced staffing or corporate recruiting environments, and will build strong candidate pipelines,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred
• Strong full-cycle recruiting knowledge, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities across multiple technical positions, projects, clients, and locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and requirements
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media and referrals
• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via calls, texts, emails and other channels
• Translate or explain job requirements and onboarding information in Spanish when needed
• Move candidates efficiently through the hiring process to meet deadlines
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and accurate ATS records
• Build relationships with candidates, clients, colleges and industry networks
• Assist with recruiting events and talent acquisition initiatives
• Stay current on labor market trends and recruiting best practices
• Meet high-volume metrics and provide exceptional candidate experience
