AAA USA is actively hiring a Bilingual Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for aerospace, automotive, engineering, marine, and advanced manufacturing clients nationwide. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and experience sourcing, engaging, and placing skilled technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience recruiting for technical/industrial roles preferred.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities across multiple technical positions and locations.
• Source, recruit and engage qualified candidates using various channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process to meet deadlines.
