Blue Nile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify exceptional talent and build high-quality candidate pipelines. You will partner with TA leadership to shape sourcing strategies across Manufacturing, Corporate, Retail, and Operations, while expanding proactive pipelines that reduce reliance on agencies.

You will research talent markets, engage passive talent, and craft outreach that highlights Blue Nile's employer value proposition, inspiring top candidates to explore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple functions and manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and associations.
• Build and cultivate pipelines to support active hiring and future demand.
• Develop personalized outreach that communicates Blue Nile's value proposition.
• Conduct initial screens to assess role alignment before presenting candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates through ongoing engagement.
• Support diverse talent pipelines and track sourcing effectiveness with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with TA Manager to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Maintain recruiting data and candidate records within the ATS.
