Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist in New York to identify and engage passive candidates, build high-quality pipelines, and execute sourcing strategies across manufacturing and other functions. You will partner with TA leadership to reduce agency reliance and shape hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience with passive candidates
• Experience supporting recruiting across manufacturing, merchandising, marketing, finance, planning or supply chain; jewelry industry preferred
• Strong research to map talent markets, uncover opportunities, and identify talent
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and sourcing methods
• Experience building candidate pipelines across multiple job families and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling outreach and employer value proposition
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, and MS Office; Workday and Copilot preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, curiosity, collaboration
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, associations, partnerships
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active hiring and future demand
• Develop personalized outreach to communicate Blue Nile's employer value proposition
• Conduct initial candidate screens to align with role requirements
• Foster relationships with candidates through ongoing engagement
• Support diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring
• Generate market intelligence on competitors and trends to identify opportunities
• Track sourcing metrics and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes
• Support ATS administration, postings, candidate communications, and onboarding
• Review/edit job descriptions for consistency with company standards
• Maintain recruiting data in ATS and HRIS
• Deliver responsive, professional candidate experience
• Collaborate with TA Manager/Partner to understand priorities and translate insights into strategies
• Share market intelligence and trends to strengthen decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and efficiency
