Job summary

LINX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Recruiting Team, ensuring interviews and hiring processes move smoothly. You'll manage calendars, postings, and candidate communications.

Based in Denver, LINX designs and supports commercial network cabling for data centers and facilities nationwide. This role focuses on organization, data entry, and strong collaboration with recruiters, HR, and IT to welcome top talent.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of administrative, coordination, or recruiting-support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple calendars and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in candidate-facing correspondence.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
• Post approved job requisitions to internal and external boards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in the ATS.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and status updates to candidates.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate onboarding handoff between Recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers.
• Administer the employee referral program and process payouts.
• Pull recruiting metrics and reports for the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Keep recruiting files and templates organized and audit-ready.
• Support career fair and campus recruiting logistics.
