Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across our U.S. operations, including bilingual Korean-English candidates. This hands-on role focuses on identifying, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for open roles.

The successful candidate will build strong talent pipelines, partner with Regional HR and hiring managers, and manage multiple openings across locations. Excellent English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Greenhouse, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates.
• Build candidate networks across functions and markets, including bilingual Korean-English talent.
• Research new sourcing channels to expand candidate pools.
• Support sourcing for corporate, logistics, warehouse, transportation, and other functions.
