ALIGCUS Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in San Gabriel, California. This role involves developing effective Talent Management strategies to attract and retain skilled individuals. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and implementing training initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. A proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential, particularly in real estate or related industries.

The position offers a structured work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Competenze

• At least 3 years managing full-cycle of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Prior recruiting experience in real estate, construction, or architecture is a plus.

Mansioni

• Create and post job descriptions, review resumes and contact candidates.
• Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
