A leading BPO company is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist in Killeen, Texas. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of HR experience and excellent communication skills. • Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
• Generate daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Stay current on employment laws and HR best practices.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement of objects up to 40 pounds may be required.
