Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland is seeking a proactive Talent Specialist to attract, assess, and place top talent across our healthcare, education, and community programs. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and guide them through the recruiting process.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and a talent for engaging applicants while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing candidates.
• Proficient interviewing techniques and strong writing ability.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Post openings on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain and update ATS with candidate data and status.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Attend in-person and virtual career fairs.
• Support HR team members as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
