Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to support staffing across sites in Ohio or Pennsylvania. You will partner with Operations and HR leaders to maintain staffing models and deliver a world-class hiring experience at the frontline.

The role requires Spanish fluency, strong organization, and the ability to run high-volume job fairs, interviews, and offers while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6–12 months related experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own frontline recruiting strategy for the site/region and run high-volume job fairs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and background checks.
• Travel regionally to support staffing across sites as needed.
• Maintain applicant flow and recruitment data across sites.
