About The Company:

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its continued growth. This position will play an important role in attracting high-quality talent, partnering with internal stakeholders, and strengthening the organization's recruiting processes and talent pipeline.

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of corporate and professional positions, from entry-level administrative roles through experienced professionals and leadership positions. This individual will manage multiple openings simultaneously, develop relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, and proactively identify both active and passive talent. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment, particularly supporting corporate functions such as finance, accounting, administration, and management. This role will also have an opportunity to cross-train in broader HR responsibilities when recruiting demands are lighter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using professional networking platforms, social media, online recruiting resources, and other talent channels.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill professional and leadership positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and other pre-employment assessments as appropriate.
  • Build effective interview and selection processes tailored to the requirements of each position.
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and enhance talent attraction, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Establish recruiting metrics and reporting to evaluate pipeline activity, hiring performance, and overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
  • Create and update job descriptions, interview guides, and recruiting materials based on business and position requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and search firms when outside resources are needed.
  • Assist with agency negotiations, placement fees, contingent labor arrangements, and vendor performance.
  • Conduct regular recruiting updates with HR and business leaders regarding open positions, candidate pipelines, hiring challenges, and upcoming workforce needs.
  • Coordinate closely with HR team members to ensure candidates experience an organized and efficient interview and onboarding process.
  • Support internal mobility efforts by helping employees transition into new opportunities within the organization.
  • Cross-train and provide support on general HR activities during periods of lower recruiting volume.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions, including administrative, finance, accounting, management, and executive roles.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong candidate relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills required.
