Addison Group is recruiting a Bilingual HR Generalist for a direct-hire role in Bartlett, IL. The position focuses on employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations within a manufacturing setting.

The candidate will collaborate with plant leadership and Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and open enrollment. The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, the ability to navigate multi-level decision making, and fluent Spanish.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting an organization with 1,000+ employees preferred.
• Fluent Spanish proficiency required, both written and verbal.
• Manufacturing, production, industrial, or plant‑based HR experience required.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers across multiple locations, balancing operational needs with long-term HR strategies.
• Manage and support employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Handle a consistent volume of employee relations cases while escalating sensitive or complex matters appropriately.
• Advise managers on consistent application of policies, employment practices, and performance management processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness offerings.
• Coordinate HR data, reports, and compliance with HRIS and payroll systems.
