Job summary

Moss Utilities is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruiting for hourly field positions across the DFW area. You will work with Superintendents and Operations leadership to forecast staffing needs and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled labor for project startups and peak demands.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with field leaders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire for hourly field positions including laborers, pipelayers, equipment operators, and foremen.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure roles remain updated and compliant.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate tryouts, and support Superintendents in final hiring decisions.
