The role emphasizes building strong pipelines, maintaining ATS workflows, and representing Moss Utilities and Moss Fuerte culture at job fairs and community programs. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Strong communication skills with field leaders and candidates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to support diverse workforce.
• Proficiency with ATS and reporting tools; capable of high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for hourly field positions including laborers and foremen.
• Partner with Superintendents to identify weekly staffing needs and build pipelines.
• Maintain applicant flow and ensure compliance across hiring steps.
• Represent Moss Utilities at job fairs and community programs.
