You’ll lead recruitment efforts, manage postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes, while partnering with managers on workforce needs and staffing priorities.

You’ll also drive employee relations, engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR projects, with mentorship and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
