Job summary

Graziano’s is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Generalist to support recruitment across multiple Florida locations. This bilingual role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations within a family‑style hospitality company.

You will partner with managers, run new-hire orientations in English and Spanish, maintain ATS dashboards, and assist with employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is comfortable

Qualifications

Two to four years of HR experience with full-cycle recruiting; preference for restaurants or multi-location operations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required; strong verbal and written communication.
Experience sourcing and recruiting for hourly and management roles.
Strong communication, organization, follow-through, discretion, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel between locations and attend off-site recruiting events.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management positions across all company locations.
Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding with English/Spanish sessions.
Prepare weekly recruiting dashboards covering applications, screenings, interviews, hires, and pipeline status.
Maintain ATS records and support audits, policy implementation, and HR projects.
Assist with employee relations documentation and escalation to HR Manager.
