Qualifications

• Two to four years of HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience recruiting for restaurants or multi-location operations preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and management roles across all locations.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Develop recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Partner with managers and the HR team to ensure staffing and compliance.
• Travel between locations to support recruiting events as needed.
