Job summary

Graziano’s Group in South Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple restaurant and market locations. The role also supports day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations under the guidance of the HR Manager.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and ATS tools to drive recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of HR experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to source, engage, and recruit for hourly and management roles.
• Strong organizational, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Excel, ATS (Indeed, JobScore) and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple company locations.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, exit interviews, and HR reporting.
• Develop candidate pipelines and manage relationships with managers.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment metrics, and compliance.
• Support employee relations and HR processes with the HR Manager.
