Cesna Recruitment currently seeks a Korean bilingual Inside Sales newcomer for our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. You will support daily operations, handle quotations, shipping docs, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and HQ to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily email communications, task tracking, and meeting preparation.
• Prepare quotations, shipping documents, POs, and invoices.
• Monitor PO progress, production schedules, shipment timelines, and customer communications.
• Prepare meeting minutes and regular operational reports.
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor management (including overseas suppliers).
• Support marketing activities, LinkedIn management, and PR materials.
• Ensure proper document control, data management and backups.
