Job summary

New Mexico Highlands University is seeking a SWEEP-Raíces Coordinator to lead the development and oversight of grant activities for FVSSW students across multiple sites including Albuquerque and other NM locations.

The role emphasizes student support, outcomes, data reporting, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and community partners to promote Hispanic/Latino student success in higher education.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Three (3) years post-MS W experience with community, state, or educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement programs and support services for FVSSW students and other constituents.
• Collaborate with site teams to host statewide outreach to youth, high schools and community colleges.
• Develop a peer mentor/tutoring program and support grant activities.
• Maintain materials supporting grant goals and FVSSW resources.
• Track enrollment, retention and graduation data and prepare reports for USDEd and planning.
