Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from CSWE-accredited program.
• Three years post-MS W practice experience in relevant settings.
• License eligibility with LMSW/LISW/LCSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive field placement program for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Oversee and approve placement of BSW and MSW students in approved field practicum agencies.
• Recruit, evaluate and retain field practicum agencies and field consultants.
• Supervise and assign field consultants to students to monitor, assess and guide field placements.
• Provide orientations and ongoing support to students, agencies, and instructors.
• Maintain field management software and generate reports each semester.
• Participate in university committees and field advisory groups.
