Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, education, educational administration, higher education, student affairs, social work, public administration, or a closely related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in student support services or related area with program admin, supervision, budget, compliance, assessment, or data reporting.
• Experience working with low-income, first-generation students, students with disabilities, or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the overall operation of the SSS Program.
• Develop and monitor the program budget and internal controls.
• Prepare annual continuation materials and APR reporting.
• Supervise department staff and conduct annual performance appraisals.
• Ensure grant compliance and timely reporting.
