Job summary

Espanola Valley High School is seeking a GEAR UP New Mexico Data Coordinator to manage data collection, reporting, and program support. You will work across departments to ensure timely, accurate data for student services and program evaluation, with focus on data quality and reporting compliance.

This full-time, 10-month role reports to the GEAR UP Director and supports district initiatives. The ideal candidate has an AA degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and strong skills in SIS, relational

Qualifications

• AA degree in related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with student information collection and federal reporting.
• Proficient with Excel and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and report GUNM data for all activities.
• Maintain documentation and data on services to students, parents, and teachers.
• Regularly enter all student, staff, and family activity participation.
• Compile and report data for program evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Create requisitions, manage purchase orders, and update inventories.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and reimbursements.
• Attend site, Zoom, and regional/state trainings.
• Maintain data systems standards and procedures and ensure data integrity.
