• Manage and maintain accurate patient records, surgical documentation, and insurance authorizations to ensure compliance with healthcare policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain necessary approvals for surgical procedures.
• Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring they fully understand surgical processes and instructions.
• Monitor and track surgical schedules to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays or cancellations.
• Assist office staff with general receptionist duties.
