Tolar Manufacturing Company, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Production Planning, Scheduling, & Expediting Coordinator to join its Corona, CA facility on a full-time, on-site basis.

You will create and update production schedules, coordinate with production, engineering, purchasing and sales to align capacity, materials, and deadlines, and expedite critical jobs to meet delivery commitments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience in production planning and creating detailed shop floor schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct a dock team of 5-6 workers through inbound receiving, production and warehousing activities.
• Assign dock doors, staging lanes, and equipment based on daily schedule and priorities.
• Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and ensure PPE and safe handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor dock throughput, error rates, attendance and adherence to procedures.
• Address freight exceptions in real time (short shipments, damaged goods, no-shows).
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory control on discrepancies and put-away priority.
• Coach dock workers on performance issues and document conversations for progressive discipline.
• Maintain dock equipment and submit maintenance work orders.
• Report shift performance metrics to management at end-of-shift summaries.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and product placement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety compliance.
• Monitor stock turnover and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Use WMS to track inventory and shipment data.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and labels.
• Supervise loading and unloading of trucks and routing.
