Job summary

Great Hire in Fontana, CA seeks a Bilingual Production Lead to drive our chemical manufacturing lines. This mid-senior role is a player-coach position managing operations from raw components to finished goods, with 5+ years of experience and leadership ability prioritized over degrees.

You will oversee automated filling, labeling, packing, and end-of-line operations, while coordinating with Inventory and Logistics to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in liquid manufacturing (Chemicals or CPG preferred).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot filling, heat tunnel, and packout equipment.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; no college degree required.
• Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize integrated production lines including automated filling and capping.
• Track stock levels and reconcile material usage with output.
• Direct and mentor 10+ operators; report KPIs (UPH, downtime, yield loss).
• Ensure safety and Cal-OSHA compliance with PPE and quality teams.
