  • Review backorders and share updates with our Customer Service team.
  • Coordinate priority and rush orders with internal partners.
  • Audit production performance to make sure we’re sticking to the plan.
  • Track production output and help meet monthly goals.

  • Identify and flag slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Communicate proactively with all supporting departments.
  • Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and company policies.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory control across multiple product lines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Great communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish preferred unless stated otherwise).
