Qualifications

• Certification or registration with California Substance Use state certifying body (CAADE/CCAPP/CADTP)
• Excellent computer skills and data entry into EHR systems
• Knowledge of alcohol and drug addiction and detox concepts

Responsibilities

• Perform client admissions, transfers, assessments, referrals, and discharges daily
• Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager to ensure services align with policy
• Maintain a welcoming approach with all clients at the Detox Center
• Provide ASAM screening and assessment at intake
• Ensure census requirements by scheduling appointments promptly
• Develop ASAM-informed referral and discharge planning with clients
• Inputs data into EHR systems and maintain records accurately
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and community organizations
