Job summary

Excelon Associates, on behalf of a private university client, seeks a bilingual Student Services Coordinator for the Kissimmee campus. The role promotes career development training and employment opportunities for graduates.

You will place students in field training, conduct market outreach, develop employer contacts, and manage student and graduate records, while supporting graduation activities and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for verbal and written communication.
• Prior staffing industry or related experience preferred.
• Teaching experience at a postsecondary institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing students in field training and externships.
• Develop employer and community contacts and conduct market outreach.
• Provide career development opportunities for students.
• Maintain student/graduate files and manage the job bank database.
• Support career services and assist with graduation-related coordination.
