Excelon Associates is seeking a bilingual Career Services Coordinator for Kissimmee, FL, to support students and graduates in achieving career goals. The role focuses on counseling, job search assistance, and developing networks with employers.

Responsibilities include organizing career fairs, providing ongoing career development opportunities, and coordinating with employers to promote training and placement success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior related experience in staffing or a related industry.
• Persuasive communication skills with results orientation.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Place students in field for which they are trained.
• Conduct market outreach with job and internship development.
• Develop and maintain employer and community contacts.
• Prepare student files and ensure documentation.
• Provide career development opportunities for students.
• Develop and implement Life Skills program as part of curriculum.
• Maintain an accurate database of student and graduate files.
• Participate in on-campus events, programs, promotions.
• Assist with graduation ceremonies and annual reports.
